One Crazy Sunday

I'm preparing a lesson for tomorrow, only I'm not teaching the junior high students. Instead, I'll be filling in for one of our Sunday morning teachers for the 5th and 6th graders during second service. The guy I'm filling in for is an elder/surgeon, so he's a pretty smart guy. I've been studying the lesson plan for awhile, and he is very prepared.

Tomorrow is also "celebration Sunday" at Red Mountain. So instead of having the usual Sunday morning junior high gathering, the junior high students will all be together in the whole-church gathering during first service. So I'll be hanging out with junior highers first service and teaching the 5th/6th graders second service.

Tomorrow is also the day the leadership officially presents me as the new junior high director to the entire church. Which means I will have to be present in all three services. Even during second, when I'll be teaching the 5th/6th graders. Don't know how that's going to work yet, but I'm sure it will involve a lot of running.

To top it all off, tomorrow evening is Westernfest, RMCC's fall fellowship event. This should be a lot of fun, but it still makes for a busy evening. What a crazy Sunday.
