Right/Left Brain

Which way do you see her spinning?

Just found this
interesting post that cites an article here. It seems that if you see her spinning clockwise, you use more of the right side of your brain (and vice versa: counter-clockwise means using more of the left side). I guess if you focus hard enough, you can actually get her to change direction (though I haven't been able to yet). I only see her spinning clockwise.

Here's what the article says about the differences:

LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONS

  • uses logic
  • detail oriented
  • facts rule
  • words and language
  • present and past
  • math and science
  • can comprehend
  • knowing
  • acknowledges
  • order/pattern perception
  • knows object name
  • reality based
  • forms strategies
  • practical
  • safe

RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS
  • uses feeling
  • "big picture" oriented
  • imagination rules
  • symbols and images
  • present and future
  • philosophy & religion
  • can "get it" (i.e. meaning)
  • believes
  • appreciates
  • spatial perception
  • knows object function
  • fantasy based
  • presents possibilities
  • impetuous
  • risk taking

Which are your more: right brained or left brained?

  2. It's when I don't concentrate a lot that she changes directions. I'm a left brained person. Math is my thing.
