A Quick Arizona Tour

As my parents have been in town for almost a week, we've had the chance to check out a lot of different places in the name of tourism. This afternoon, my parents and I checked out Taliesin West in Scottsdale. It's a winter home and now-museum of architect Frank Lloyd Wright. I'll be honest, I'm not that into architecture and am not familiar with Mr. Wright's stuff. But I could appreciate the house for its creativity and originality. It took the guy a long time to build, and it sounds like he built it all by hand, with the help of a few apprentices.

We also went out to lunch at Filiberto's. Can't go wrong with carne asada. Good times.
