An Amazing Race, The Well-style

I spent the majority of my day driving around the greater Phoenix area helping out with a high school event called The Amazing Race. It's like the TV show, except less intense and bigger teams. The students traveled all over, from Mesa to Tempe to Phoenix to Scottsdale and back to Mesa again. I spent my time at some batting cages in Mesa, at Tempe Marketplace in Dave and Buster's (which now has Derby Owners Club!), and finally a long two-and-a-half hours at the Railroad Park in Scottsdale. I got some sun, spent some time with my pal Joe, and had a blast getting to know some more high school students--if only briefly while they ran up to me for clues to the next location.

I'm exhausted. And I wasn't even racing!

We'll likely be posting some pictures on The Well blog soon!
